"This pilot trial compared two rehabilitation approaches for irritable shoulder pain. 30 participants were randomized to a standardized exercise group or an exercise plus manual therapy group. At 12 weeks, both groups showed significant improvements in pain and function, but the manual therapy group reported higher patient satisfaction. Findings support integrating manual techniques into shoulder rehab but no added benefit for pain/function."
